Force training at sea
On July 14, the UK AW101 MK2 Merlin has conducted flight training operation on board of the Flagship ITS Cavour to increase EUNAVFOR MED capabilities at sea.
The UK AW101 MK2 Merlin has joint the European Naval Force last July 7 and it is incredibly capable, operating round-the-clock maritime patrol and interdiction, troop ferrying, casualty evacuation, medium lift under-slung loads, Search and Rescue and other contingency tasks.
